Erica Jensen brings 20 years of experience driving strategic growth for Fortune 500 corporations to Be The Match as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Member Engagement, Enrollment and Experience and Corporate Marketing. In this role, she leads the strategies to optimize the Be The Match registry and drive an engaged and committed membership roster. Over 15 years at General Mills, Erica impacted multiple brands in multiple roles, most recently helping the Chief Marketing Officer develop communications structure, marketing standards and platforms for innovative ideas for a newly created global marketing organization. Prior to that, Erica played a leading role in creating and
implementing the Cheerios ‘Good Goes Round’ campaign, including the “One Million Acts of Good” partnership with Ellen DeGeneres. This work led to the brand winning several prestigious Bronze Lions at the Cannes Festival of Creativity and an Effie Award.
