Our Lending Process
We approach all our loans as your partner in growing God’s Kingdom. That means, unlike local banks, we always keep our eyes on the ministry. Through our Real Estate Services division, we walk side-by-side with you on a project. From the beginning stages through loan approval, project completion and beyond, we are with you every step of the way.
At NCP, we believe growing God’s Kingdom is a call shared by all members of the congregation or other ministry organizations. For churches, our lending process deeply engages your church members in investments that in turn help fund loans.
