National Covenant Properties (NCP) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization affiliated with the Evangelical Covenant Church. NCP provides real estate lending and investment opportunities that support the growth and sustainability of Covenant churches and affiliated ministries.
Funds invested with NCP are primarily used to make loans to Covenant churches and affiliated ministries for real estate and facility projects. These projects are designed to strengthen ministry impact in local communities.
NCP has served Covenant churches and ministries since 1970, supporting long-term ministry growth through responsible stewardship and faith-based investment practices.
Investments are available to members of, contributors to, or participants in The Evangelical Covenant Church, or ancestors, descendants or successors in interest to such persons. Please contact NCP to confirm eligibility.
NCP offers both fixed-rate and demand investment certificates, including options for Individual Retirement Account (IRA) Certificates and Health Savings Account (HSA) Certificates.
Minimum investment amounts may vary by certificate type. Please contact NCP or request an investment packet for current requirements.
Rates are set by the board of directors of NCP. Rates are reviewed and subject to change monthly. Current interest rates are always posted on our website: nationalcovenantproperties.org/investments.
Interest payment schedules depend on the certificate type selected. Details are provided in the offering circular and your Certificate Application.
No. Investment certificates are not FDIC insured or bank deposits. They are investments made in support of NCP’s lending mission. As with any investment, there is risk, including the potential loss of principal. Please see our Offering Circular for more details on the risks associated with investing in NCP.
Yes. NCP offers IRA and HSA certificates. Contribution and redemption rules follow IRS guidelines.

Return your signed maturity notice to NCP. If you would like funds transferred directly to your bank, include a voided check.

Joint Owners
How do I add or remove a joint owner?
If a joint owner has passed away, please include an original death certificate.
Please send an original death certificate along with your contact information. NCP will contact all named beneficiaries with next steps. Death certificates will not be returned unless requested.
